Project Overview
ND Labs team needed to develop a solution that automated lead processing for the sales team, streamlining communication. The solution had to analyze different channels and messengers to find inquiries relevant to the company. All inquiries were to be published in a specially created system.
This would help our client spend significantly less time on time-consuming routine tasks. Additionally, it would help avoid missed sales opportunities due to delayed responses.
Solution Development
Our solution involved creating an admin panel for AI model training using corporate data, finding inquiries relevant to the company, and a chatbot designed to provide automatic answers. To train the model, users provided a question-answer spreadsheet.
